Our goal is to gather and share valuable insights, experiences, and advice from recognized experts in the career development field. Your participation will help educate and inspire our audience by providing professional perspectives on job search strategies, career growth, and industry trends.

Project Overview

Your participation in this Project and answering any interview questions are entirely voluntary. You can withdraw from participating at any stage. You will not receive remuneration or compensation for your participation. By participating in this Project, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this consent form and agree to the use of your information as described here.

Information Collection and Use

In the interview, we will ask for details about your professional background, your areas of expertise, career insights, and any tips or advice you wish to share with job seekers and professionals. We may also inquire how specific tools or strategies have contributed to your success or shaped your approach, as well as any other experiences you choose to share.

We will use the information you provide to create an expert interview piece that may be published on our website and included in other marketing initiatives.

• Your first name, job title, company name, and a brief summary of your insights may be included in the published piece.
• We may also include your photo if you choose to share it with us.
• We will not disclose any personal contact information or sensitive data.
• We may edit your responses for clarity, length, or style before publication, ensuring that the meaning and intent of your insights remain intact.
• Interview content may be translated into other languages and posted on our affiliated or family websites.
• Before publishing, we can (but are not obliged to) share the final article with you for acceptance.

In addition to publishing your expert interview on our website, we may also use your content in various other marketing initiatives, including, but not limited to, email campaigns and social media posts. Your interview may be shared across our affiliated or family brands and partner websites, ensuring that your professional perspectives reach a wider audience. If you choose to provide a photo, it may also be used in these contexts, always in line with the intended use of your testimonial.

We may also use your responses to evaluate and improve our services, marketing efforts, and general user experience of our offerings.

Your responses will be used as testimonials as outlined in the Terms of Service. For more information about data collection and processing, please also visit our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your personal data seriously. All information provided will be stored securely and protected from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We will retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this form or as required by applicable law.

Your participation is voluntary, and you may choose to withdraw your consent at any time before publication. If you withdraw, we will not use your information for the expert interview.

Informed Consent, Confidentiality and Release

I agree to participate in the Project described above. I certify that I have been given satisfactory answers to my inquiries concerning the Project procedures and other matters and that I have been advised that I am free to withdraw my consent and discontinue participation in the Project at any time without prejudice.

I agree that Zety may use my responses to create an expert interview and publish it on its website at its discretion. I understand and agree that I will not receive remuneration or compensation for my participation in the Project.

I understand that all materials deriving from my participation in the Project will be kept confidential, except for publishing the expert interview, as described above. I agree that any information obtained from this research may be used in any way that is best for this Project.

I hereby waive any and all publicity, intellectual property, and moral rights attached to any documents, data, and information resulting from my participation in the Project (“Materials”) and further grant permission to Zety and its representatives to use such Materials or any portion(s) therein to the extent necessary to complete the Project. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my name, likeness, or the Materials in general. I hereby release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Project owners from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to my participation in the Project.

I acknowledge and agree that any oral or written information exchanged with Zety regarding this Project is confidential information, which I shall not publicize or disclose in any manner to third parties, except if the information is in the public domain; if its disclosure is required by applicable law; or if I have obtained express written consent from Zety.

This Consent Form (“Agreement”) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws or principles thereof. Any action or suit related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in the State of New York.

I am of legal age and competent to contract in my own name or have obtained consent from my parent or guardian to participate in the Project and to execute this Agreement. I have read this Agreement, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this document. This Agreement is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
