

No, you don’t! The jobs you want to include should be the ones with experience relevant to the position you’re pursuing. If your resume work history is extensive, include only the last 10–15 years or previous 3–4 jobs.
It’s perfectly fine to skip side gigs or freelance jobs from your college years, especially if they count as irrelevant experience. But, be careful not to create a gap in your work history when you decide to skip a job or two. In that case, consider using a skills-based resume format or a combination resume that can present your experience without putting emphasis on continuous employment.
