A Salesforce admin maintains the company’s Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform, assists users in using the system, and stays up to date on the platform’s newest features, capabilities, and updates.
And the point of a Salesforce Admin resume is to show the hiring manager that you have the knowledge and experience to ensure a team can use the Salesforce platform to its maximum potential.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be expected to create reports, organize dashboards, and solve any problems in the CRM that may arise. That means you’ll be expected to be organized in other ways too—like on your resume.
